OUR PRODUCTION
The stretch film for industrial packaging is produced for both manual and automatic use.
Our range of pruducts includes standard films and technical films with high mechanical streght and stretch properties.
We produce all kinds of films in different thicknesses, from the lowest values up to 60 μm.
The films can be transparent, colored and additive, as well as with standaard or custom bands and thicknesses.
We use 100% non-toxic and recyclable materials.

that eliminates defective coils
Our technical films reduce material consumption by allowing a considerable savings, and the innovative production system eliminates any defective coils, providing superior quality supplies and therefore optimum product utilization.
Number of spires
During the application, the coil band does not shrink: this means a smaller number of twists to wrap the pallet.
Lower weight of 60%
compared to conventional coil
A 10my/300 mt manual technical film coil, weighs 60% less than a traditional 23my/300 mt manual coil, facilitating the packing operation. Moreover, lighter coils allow lower transport costs and require less space for storage.
Reduction of the number of changes
Thanks to the lightness of the coil, the manual packaging of pallets becomes easier and faster and can be done by anyone. For automatic packaging, thanks to the greater footage per coil, the number of changes is reduced.
Considerably higher yield
than a traditional film one
At the same thickness, the pallet tightening force of the EXTRA or IRON film, is considerably higher than a traditional film one.
Protection
Our technical films provide greater protection for delicate products, thanks to a more “sensitive” film application on the pallet.
More tear and impact strength
The technical film is able to replace all traditional stretch films thanks to the high quality of the raw materials used. The film is incredibly more resistant to tears and shocks.
High cohesive strength
At the same thickness, the technical film increases the level of safety in terms of transport, and maintains a high cohesive strength by securing the load on the pallet.
Waste reduction
Using a technical film, a smaller amount of film is required: this greatly reduces the amount of waste to be disposed of, and the related costs too (CONAI).
